Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please be sure to do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Last minute cancellations will be charge a 45% cancellation fee. You will have a 15 minute grace period after your appointment time for arrival. If you arrive after this grace period without contacting the salon, your appointment will be rescheduled and a 45% no show fee will be charged. If you are going to be late to your appointment, please text or call the salon asap at (904) 917-0780.

No call no shows will be charged a 45% fee and will forfeit their deposit. To reschedule any future appointments, the appointment must be paid in FULL before the appointment is accepted.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but are transferable if your appointment is cancelled before 48 hours of your appointment time.
